We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, the following policy applies.
1. Change of Mind Returns
- You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in as-new condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened or used items
- Special order or custom-built products
- Installed cartridges, turntable setups, or products that have been calibrated or configured
- Software, digital licences, or downloadable products
- Clearance, ex-demonstration, or sale items (unless stated otherwise)
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Please notify us within 30 days of purchase.
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Online & Distance Sales
For purchases made online or by phone:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Returned items must meet the unused and resale conditions outlined above.
5. Returns Process
- Please contact us before returning any item so we can authorise the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service for high-value items.
6. Refund Timescales
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receipt and inspection.
7. In-Store Purchases
- This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases, subject to the conditions above.
